They decide to run for office, come to local meetings and tell us they are a ‘Strong Conservative’ despite the fact they have never even been to one of our meetings and no one knows them. They get our endorsement; they get elected and we don’t see them again until an election year. We are shocked when they don’t come to our meetings to hear what we have to say or even give us a legislative update.

Because of this, Payton has promised to take NO lobbyist money, so that he is only beholden to you, the voter.

About Payton
John “Payton” Pepin and his wife have lived in Rogers County since 2006. They have five children that attend Claremore Sequoyah. Payton received a full scholarship, graduating from OSU-Tech with a degree in Construction Management in 2005.
He has worked as a Construction Manager and received the above and beyond call of duty service award for his work as a Construction Manager working on the OSU School of Architecture in 2009. Payton currently runs his own Construction Company and is a Published Author.
Payton has been fighting to defend the Rights and Liberties of the Average American since 2018. Payton has committed to take no lobbyist money of any kind if elected. He has committed to be a representative “by the people for the people,” not bought and paid for by corporate interests!
Payton believes that the voters of Senate District 2 must “not be silenced” and will be a bold voice for their values at the State Capitol.
